Cancellation Policy:
If you need to reschedule your appointment 48 hours advanced notice is required, so that we may open a reserved time for another patient. Patients who give less than 48 hours cancellation notice unless under extreme/urgent circumstances will be charged half the cost of the time booked.
Full cost will be charged if no notice is given. If you do not feel well enough to come into the office, you have the option to convert your office visit to a virtual appointment. If you miss two appointments without proper notice you will be required to pay $50 deposit prior to scheduling further appointments. This is a good faith deposit to reserve your appointment time. When the appointment is kept, this $50 fee will be applied to your office visit fees or refunded as appropriate.
If the appointment is missed without proper notice of cancellation, the deposit becomes
nonrefundable.
